Welcome to the LinkyFlow documentation. LinkyFlow connects the platforms your business runs on to autonomous agents and to a live sheet you open in Excel or in the browser. Agents check your data every hour — reconciling payments, keeping stock in sync — and their results land next to the live data behind them. In the LinkyFlow web app, or in Excel through the add-in, you refresh that data, edit rows and publish changes back to the platform. Choose what you want to set up and follow the quick-start steps.
Agents
Agents run on your connections on their own — once per hour, Omnichannel Sales every 5 minutes — and can also be run on demand. Each agent page states what it reads, what it may change, and what it cannot do.
- Shopify + Stripe Reconciliation Agent: matches Shopify sales with Stripe payments, fees and refunds. Read-only.
- Inventory Stock Sync Agent: aligns stock between a master store and your Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay or BigCommerce stores, by exact SKU.
- Price Sync Agent: aligns list prices between a master store and your Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce stores, by exact SKU, in one currency.
- Omnichannel Sales Agent: applies the sales of your Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay or BigCommerce channels to your master store's stock exactly once, then has the stock sync update the other channels.
- Results open in the web app, and in Excel: export a connected workbook that keeps refreshing.

Connect Excel to 9 crypto exchanges: track portfolios, build live dashboards — and trade from the sheet: place spot orders and manage futures positions when you enable trading permissions.
- Supported exchanges: Binance, HTX (Huobi), Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, Gate.io, Bitget, MEXC, Upbit.
- Best for: trading dashboards, portfolio snapshots, market data workflows, and order actions from Excel.

Shopify connection
Connect Excel to Shopify through LinkyFlow: manage products, inventory, and orders at scale — edit in the cell, then publish back to the store.
- Install the Shopify app and the Excel add-in.
- Best for: catalog updates, merchandising, and bulk create/update operations.

Connect Excel to your WooCommerce store: load products, orders, stock and customers as live tables — bulk edit prices and inventory, then publish back to WooCommerce.
- Best for: catalog & pricing maintenance, stock updates, sales reporting.

Connect Excel to Stripe: customers, invoices, subscriptions, payments and payouts as live queries — create or update billing data in bulk from the sheet.

Connect Excel to PayPal: transactions with their fees, balances, disputes, invoices, catalog products and subscription plans as live queries — draft, send and cancel invoices from the sheet.
- Best for: bookkeeping exports (a month of transactions with fees and net), invoice follow-up, dispute tracking.
