Shopify Partner. Your apps’ earnings, in Excel or on the web.
Load the transactions behind your Partner earnings, the timeline of installs, uninstalls, charges, earnings, subscription changes and credits across your apps, and the subscription one shop holds on your app. This is the Partner API: data about your apps and your earnings, not any store’s admin data.

PARTNER API RESOURCES
What Shopify tells a partner. One workbook.
Transactions, events and subscriptions from the Shopify Partner API. It gives no list of all stores, and not everything the Partner Dashboard shows.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
From the dashboard to your own analysis.
Read what the Partner API answers next to the rest of your data, filter it, and add your formulas. Shopify states that transaction information is for analytics: it is not an official accounting document.
EARNINGS
The transactions behind your earnings
Load app, service and theme sales, their adjustments, referrals and taxes, with the gross amount, the net amount and the fee Shopify retained, filtered by app, shop, type or date. Amounts stay the decimal Shopify wrote, with their currency.
YOUR APPS
The timeline of your apps
Read installs, uninstalls, charges, earnings, subscription changes and credits, filtered by app, shop, event type or a window of up to 365 days — the last 30 days when you name none.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The subscription one shop holds
Read the Shopify App Pricing subscription of a shop on one of your public apps: its billing period and cycle, its items, its pending update. Cancel it from the Actions pane, at the end of the cycle unless you say otherwise. It stays out of chat assistants.

Your Partner data. Your spreadsheet.
Connect your Partner organization and work on your apps’ earnings and events in Excel or on the web.
Frequently asked questions
What does this connection read?
Six queries of the Shopify Partner API: Transactions and one Transaction, Events, one App, the Active Subscription of a shop on an app, and the API versions. It is about your apps and your earnings. It is not any store’s admin data — for that, connect the store itself.
Does it list all the stores that use my app?
No. The Partner API gives no list of all stores, and not everything the Partner Dashboard shows. You see the shops your transactions and events name, and you name a shop to read its subscription.
Can I use it for my accounting?
Shopify states that transaction information is for analytics purposes only and should not be used for accounting or financial reporting. It is not an official accounting document.
What do I need to connect?
A Partner API client, created in the Dev Dashboard under Organization settings → Users → Security, with View financials for the transactions and Manage apps for the apps, events and subscriptions. Paste its token and your partner ID: the number in your Partner Dashboard URL, not your Dev Dashboard organization ID. A permission the client lacks only closes the reads that need it.
Can LinkyFlow change anything?
One thing: cancelling a shop’s Shopify App Pricing subscription, which needs View financials. A person confirms it in the Actions pane of the web app or the add-in. It is not available to ChatGPT or Claude.
Can ChatGPT or Claude read it?
Yes, to read: through MCP they can read your transactions, events, apps and subscriptions with the same connection. Excel has no =LF formula for this connection: load its tables from the add-in’s query panel.
