Each resource below maps to a practical spreadsheet workflow. Read actions bring useful columns into Excel; create and edit actions show what can be reviewed in rows before sending changes.

Current order lines

Every order line an Omnichannel Sales agent has seen, as it stands today: the channel and the order, the units it holds, whether the master already counted it, and what it moved the master by — one row per master SKU it moves. Changes after every run, every five minutes — refresh to see the latest state.

Open exceptions

The cases that need attention, of any agent: a sale that did not reconcile, a SKU a stock or price sync could not settle, or a master movement an Omnichannel Sales agent could not make. A case resolved by the next run disappears from this view when you refresh.
