LinkyFlow — autonomous agents and live business data in Excel or on the webLinkyFlow
LinkyFlow · Amazon Seller Central

Amazon Seller Central. Your seller account, in Excel or on the web.

Load your Amazon listings with their price and fulfillment channel, the quantity of the listings you ship yourself (FBM), the stock Amazon holds for you (FBA), your orders and their items, and your settlements and transactions into Excel or the web app. Approve LinkyFlow in Seller Central, with no key to copy. It writes only what you ask: a price, an FBM quantity, a shipment confirmation, a report request.

From the Seller Central export to a live account.

No more downloading listings, orders or settlement reports to rework them in a spreadsheet: LinkyFlow reads Amazon’s Selling Partner API and keeps the sheet connected to your marketplaces.

Every listing, its price, and the stock behind it

Load your listings in a marketplace with their ASIN, status, price and issues, the quantity of those you ship yourself (FBM), and what Amazon holds for you in its fulfillment centres (FBA): fulfillable, inbound, reserved. Set a listing’s price or its FBM quantity from the Actions pane. FBA stock is read, never set: Amazon holds it.

Orders and their items, without the buyer

Load your orders with their status, who fulfils them and what you receive for them, and their items with their SKU, quantity ordered and shipped. Confirm the shipment of an order you ship yourself, with its carrier and tracking number, from the Actions pane. LinkyFlow never reads a buyer’s name or address.

What Amazon pays you, and why

Load your settlement periods with their total and their transfer to your bank, and the transactions posted to your account — orders paid, refunds, fees — each with its order and its settlement. Request an Amazon report and follow it until it is ready.

Frequently asked questions

What Amazon data can LinkyFlow access?

Twelve reads: your marketplaces, your listings with their price, status and issues, the quantity of the listings you ship yourself (FBM), the stock Amazon holds for you (FBA), Amazon’s catalogue items, the offers competing on one of your listings, your orders and their items, your FBA inbound plans, your settlement periods, the transactions posted to your account and your reports.

Can LinkyFlow write to Amazon?

Yes, when you ask it to, from the Actions pane of Excel or the web app: set a listing’s price, set the quantity of a listing you ship yourself, confirm the shipment of an order you ship yourself, and request a report. A shipment confirmation is offered only while the order waits to be shipped, and checked again before the write. No listing is created or deleted.

Can LinkyFlow change my FBA stock?

No. The stock of a listing Amazon fulfils is held by Amazon in its fulfillment centres: LinkyFlow reads it, and refuses to set it. Only the quantity of a listing you ship yourself (FBM) can be set.

What do I need to connect?

An Amazon seller account and your Seller Central login. Click Connect with Amazon, pick the Amazon store you sell on, sign in to its Seller Central and approve LinkyFlow. There is no key to copy, and LinkyFlow renews its access by itself. Amazon has not approved LinkyFlow’s SP-API application yet: until it does, the button says that connecting Amazon is not available yet.

I sell on several Amazon marketplaces. Do I need several connections?

One per region: a connection covers every marketplace of the region you authorized — Amazon.fr, Amazon.de, Amazon.it and the other European stores together. Each query and each action names its marketplace, or reads the connection’s own when you leave it empty. Selling in North America or the Far East too is a second or a third connection.

How are amounts shown?

As exact decimals, such as 12.50, beside the currency of their record. The dashboards read them as numbers whatever your Excel locale, and never add two currencies together. Moments are in ISO 8601, as Amazon writes them.

Do LinkyFlow’s agents work with Amazon?

Inventory Stock Sync keeps the quantity of the listings you ship yourself aligned, one marketplace at a time, and Price Sync keeps a listing’s price aligned. Omnichannel Sales reads Amazon as a sales channel, its orders taking stock off your master store. The agents read Amazon on their schedule; they do not wait for a notification.

Can ChatGPT or Claude work with my Amazon account?

Yes: through MCP they read every table with the same connection, never a buyer’s name or address. A shipment confirmation is shown to you first and runs only once you confirm. Price and stock changes and report requests are not offered to them: they stay in Excel and the web app.

How do I end LinkyFlow’s access?

In Seller Central: Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps, then remove LinkyFlow’s authorization. Amazon gives an application no way to end an authorization itself, so deleting the connection in LinkyFlow leaves the authorization in place until you remove it there.
